Navigating Italian real estate can have its challenges.  Unlike what you might be used to, in Italy the agent who lists a property is usually the one who sells it, so it's not common place to sell properties listed by other agents.  This can make it difficult to get a good picture of what properties are available if working with just one agent.  We are here to help.  Whether you have a list of properties you are interested in viewing, or would like help finding something tailored to your needs, we can contact various real estate agents on your behalf and we can then arrange a viewing timetable to fit your busy schedule.   

 

One thing many people don't realise before starting their house hunt in person, is that there are countless properties for sale that are listed by owner and the majority of which you will not find online.  Generally, as you explore a town or city, you will find 'Vendesi' signs posted on houses.  If you tell us what you are looking for, we can scout these private listings on your behalf as well.  Many people are wary of private property sales, so to ensure the sale is in your best interest we can put you in touch with real estate agents that will happily assist you to purchase a privately listed property. 

 

Once you touch down in Italy, as your consultant*, we will schedule a day or two (or more if you like) to view both the private listed properties and those listed with agents so you don't waste any time while here.   This way you are getting a more accurate picture of what's out there and make an informed decision on your new adventure and property ownership in Italy.
